EURid activities during CodeWeek 2024!

EURid is participating in CodeWeek.eu for the ninth consecutive year, providing a variety of educational activities designed to promote coding and digital literacy for over 350 students across Europe. This initiative, taking place from October 7 to 24, 2024, features the following events:
- 16 & 17 October 2024 – Stockholm, Sweden: Teaching robotics and programming Arduino robots to three classes of fourth graders.
- 17 & 24 October 2024 – Prague, Czech Republic: Python coding workshops for four 6th-grade classes. Organized in collaboration with TIB, these two half-day sessions introduced students to Python programming.
- 17 October 2024 – Madrid (Online), Spain: A virtual presentation on the "History of Coding and Principles of the Internet," accessible to participants across Europe.
- 22 & 23 October 2024 – Pisa, Italy: A presentation on the "History of Coding and Principles of the Internet," followed by a guided visit to the Museo degli Strumenti e del Calcolo.
- 23 October 2024 – Brussels, Belgium: Scratch coding workshop for children aged 6-9, held at the Community Center de Kriekelaar.
