Important changes to .eu legal documents from 8 January 2014
4 Dec. 2013
Brussels, 4 December 2013 - As .eu will extend to Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway from 8 January 2014, we have had to update the Registration Policy to change the definition of who is eligible to register a .eu domain name.
We have also taken this opportunity to update our WHOIS Policy and Terms and Conditions with regards to privacy. This change will better enable us to ensure the correctness of the data displayed in the .eu WHOIS database.
You can find the updated versions of the Terms and Conditions, the Registration Policy and the WHOIS Policy that will go into effect on 8 January 2014 in The Document repository.
