Success at Eurosport for the European School, Brussels III, (Ixelles)

Brussels, 15 April 2015 - From 11 to 14 March 2015 the European school of Luxembourg hosted the 21st edition of EUROSPORT. A total of 14 European schools and 360 pupils went to Luxembourg to compete in the following four disciplines: basketball, volleyball, table tennis and aquathlon (swimming and running).

The European school, EEb3, sponsored by the registry at the event, saw impressive results:

Basketball Boys: 1st

Biathlon (running and swimming): 5th

Table Tennis: 5th

Basketball girls: 8th

Volleyball boys: 10th

Volleyball girls: 13th

The first edition of Eurosport was hosted in Karlsruhe, Germany, in 1976. Since then a total of 19 editions of EUROSPORT have followed every second year.
