2024 Registrar Satisfaction Survey Findings

Understanding the perspectives of our registrars is crucial to us. Therefore, we conducted our biennial Registrar Satisfaction Survey at the beginning of 2024.

Firstly, we are pleased to report that 44% of the 241 registrars contacted participated in the survey, resulting in an impressive Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 77.

While we continuously strive to enhance our registry services each year, it is highly encouraging to see that our registrar community rates our general services at 9.3 out of 10.

Overview of general median satisfaction scores:

  • Commercial Services: 9.0
  • Technical Services: 9.0
  • Liaison Manager: 9.7
  • Communication Services: 9.2
  • Support Services: 9.5

We are also proud to note that 92% of respondents trust the .eu domain, and 72% consider .eu to be the best alternative domain extension after their local country code top-level domain (ccTLD).
