We are pleased to share some good news for .eu rights holders.
EURid, in collaboration with the Czech Arbitration Court and the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center, is offering a EUR 600 discount on .eu Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedures, valid until the end of 2026.
This discount underlines our ongoing commitment to protecting rights holders and promoting fair domain name practices across the .eu namespace.
What does this mean?
The fee for submitting a .eu ADR case is now EUR 700 instead of the standard EUR 1,300.
This reduced fee allows anyone with a legitimate right within the European Economic Area (EEA), such as a trademark, trade name, company name, or family name,to challenge speculative or abusive .eu domain name registrations at a much lower cost.
