.eu Academy
The .eu Academy is EURid’s educational initiative, launched in 2015 to share knowledge and expertise on the digital topics shaping Europe’s online environment.
The initiative provides educational opportunities for a broad range of audiences, from students and the general public to policymakers, industry professionals and other stakeholders. Through online and in-person activities, the .eu Academy explores topics including the fundamentals of the Internet and Internet governance, domain names and the Domain Name System (DNS), cybersecurity, disinformation and its impact on European democratic processes, as well as the technical, business and legal aspects of operating a top-level domain registry.
By sharing EURid’s expertise and working with partners across Europe, the .eu Academy aims to strengthen digital knowledge, encourage informed participation in Europe’s digital environment, and contribute to a safer, more trusted and resilient Internet.

Each year, EURid’s CodeWeek activities give students and teachers the opportunity to learn, experiment and engage with technology in a hands-on and inspiring way.
University Courses & Seminars
EURid has delivered training on topics ranging from the domain name industry to cybersecurity and Internet governance.
