Announcing the 2025 .eu Web Awards winners

The .eu Web Awards celebrate outstanding websites in the .eu domain space, recognising creativity, innovation and positive impact of digital projects across Europe.

This year, during a 1 month nomination period, we received 93 nominations showcasing the diversity and talent of the .eu community. From these, 25 finalists were selected and published on 6 October. During the voting period, which ended on 31 October, the finalists received a total of 57,451 votes – the highest ever for the 11th edition of the awards – reflecting remarkable engagement from the public and the support of their communities.

Selecting the winners was not an easy task, as the public and jury scores differed across several categories. The final results were determined through a balanced combination of public voting and expert jury evaluation, which took into account factors such as content, design, accessibility, and functionality. This approach ensures that the outcome reflects both audience appreciation and professional assessment. In the event of a tie, the jury’s score was given precedence.

Each winner will receive €5,000 to boost their online marketing campaign, helping them reach new audiences and increase brand visibility. In addition, a professional testimonial video will be filmed at their premises in 2026, showcasing their success story and providing valuable promotional content for future use.
