1 626 .eu domain names revoked following court decision
EURid revoked 1 626 .eu domain names on 11 April 2018, following the resolution of the Commercial Court of Brussels against 2 domain name holders who failed to pay the registration and renewal fees due. The court found that one of the holders is in liquidation and that the other has been liquidated.
As a consequence, in accordance with the applicable Regulations and the .eu terms and conditions, EURid has terminated its registration agreement with both domain name holders and revoked all 1 626 .eu domain names.
These domain names are now available for registration on a first come, first served basis in accordance with the .eu terms and conditions.
