EURid released its Q2 2023 update
In Q2 2023, the .eu portfolio saw an increase by 179,042 new registrations, reaching a total of 3,703,406 registrations. Cyprus led the relative growth with 18%, followed by Portugal with 5.3%, and Romania with 2.4%.
During the second quarter of the year, EURid actively engaged in key industry events like the Nordic Domain Days, We Make Future, and EuroDIG, fostering vital partnerships. The period also marked important milestones, including the launch of the 10th annual .eu Web Awards competition and the unveiling of WebClass, a machine learning solution for web page classification. Additionally, the celebration of .eu's 17th anniversary and the conclusion of the SAFEonLINE Art Competition, displaying 103 creative art pieces from secondary school students across Europe.
