7 Oct. 2021

For the sixth consecutive year, EURid is set to hold several workshops in four countries during the CodeWeek 2021 to introduce European youth to the world of coding and robotics.

“We are proud to be able to enhance youth’s digital literacy in an engaging way and to empower them to see the countless possibilities the online future holds”, comments Regina Filipová Fuchsová, EURid´s Regional Manager Central Europe.

Our participation in CodeWeek 2021 includes workshops in four countries:

  • In Belgium we will host Scratch workshops throughout the school year, starting on 11 October at Sint-Jozefschool in co-operation with the Digitale Wolven
  • In Sweden we will host three workshops on 11 and 12 October at Solna library with a goal to introduce the students of 4th and 5th grade the exciting world of robotics in collaboration with Kosmosklubben
  • In Italy we will organize an interactive workshop for secondary school students. The dates are to be confirmed.
  • In Czech Republic we are organizing workshops in programming and robots in three elementary schools. The dates are to be confirmed.
