For the 12th year running, the .eu Web Awards have been celebrating the websites, people and ideas that bring Europe’s online community to life. Each year, the awards offer a glimpse of the creativity, innovation and positive impact taking shape across the .eu web space. And 2026 has been another remarkable year.
The votes are in, and it is time to celebrate the winners of the 2026 competition!
This year’s awards attracted an impressive 193 nominations from 22 countries, more than double the number received in 2025. After a month of nominations, 25 finalists were announced on 6 October, each bringing a unique story and a fresh perspective to the European web.
The public voting period ran until 31 October, giving supporters the chance to back their favourite websites. With more than 41 000 votes gathered, the awards once again demonstrated the enthusiasm and community spirit behind the .eu domain users.
The final results combined the public vote with an expert jury evaluation, taking into account factors such as content, design, accessibility and functionality. Where scores were tied, the jury’s evaluation determined the winner.
And now, it is our pleasure to announce the 2026 .eu Web Awards winners!
