2021 Registrar Satisfaction Survey findings

The results from our 2021 registrar satisfaction survey are in!

Knowing what our registrars think is very important to us and it’s great to know that 96% of you who answered the survey in December 2021 feel “overall satisfied” with our services. With each year we strive to improve our registry services, and its highly encouraging to see the results reflected in your responses.

We will continue to aim to increase the satisfaction in the communication area, where currently 84% were satisfied with the way we deliver information. We will also work on raising awareness around the .eu, so that more than 74% of registrars would be inspired to recommend the .eu to their customers.

We are thankful to all 81 registrars who participated and look forward to continuing our cooperation and dialogue.
