Starting 9 March 2026, all submissions to the EURid Help Center will require email verification as a new safeguard for support requests.
What’s changing?
Anonymous end users submitting tickets via the Help Center web form will now be required to verify their email address before their ticket can be accepted and processed.
If an anonymous end user submits a ticket but does not verify their email, the ticket will remain suspended, and no email notifications will be sent — including the “Request received” confirmation.
Why this matters
This change ensures that all support requests come from valid email addresses, improving the security and reliability of our support process. It is therefore important to verify your email address when submitting a ticket so your request is properly received and processed.
To submit a request, please visit our Help Center.
