Someone registered a domain name that I want or that I have a better claim to than its current holder. What can I do?

Domain names (or its variants in other scripts) are registered on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis. If the domain name you want is already registered, you could try contacting the domain holder and asking if they would be willing to cede the domain name to you.
