EURid & BORSEGGI

4 Feb. 2015

Brussels, 4 February 2015 - Based on the principles of ‘reduce, reuse and recycle’, EURid liaised with BORSEGGI, an Italian tailoring company based in the Milan-Opera prison, to produce a collection of shopping bags. The bags, made from recycled .eu T-shirts left over from fairs and events that the Registry participated at, are another way for EURid to express its commitment to protecting the environment and supporting sustainable development.

BORSEGGI is a registered trademark of the consortium ‘OPERA in FIORE’, a not-for-profit organisation that promotes work in prisons. The association also implements training programs and work opportunities to improve integration into society of individuals from underprivileged backgrounds.
