Continued discount on .eu ADR fees

30 Jan. 2024

Any natural person, undertaking or organization who holds a right (e.g. a trademark, trade name, company name or family name recognized or established within the European Economic Area) being identical or confusingly similar to a specific .eu domain name that is registered in a speculative and abusive way, can challenge the domain name registration through the .eu Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure.

Such ADR procedure can be initiated before the Czech Arbitration Court or the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center.

To keep supporting the interests of right holders EURid (in collaboration with the Czech Arbitration Court and the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center) has decided to extend the discount on the .eu ADR procedure fee until the end of 2024.

This means that the basic ADR fee per complaint stays as low as EUR 100 instead of EUR 1.300.

For the complete list of fees please visit the dedicated pages of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center and the Czech Arbitration Court.

Further details on the .eu ADR procedure are available on our website under Domain name disputes.
