Continued discount on .eu ADR Fees!
EURid, in collaboration with the Czech Arbitration Court and the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center, has extended the discount on the .eu Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure fees until the end of 2025.
ADR submissions will remain as low as EUR 100 instead of the standard EUR 1,300!
This means that anyone with a legitimate right (such as a trademark, trade name, company name, or family name) within the European Economic Area (EEA) can continue to challenge speculative or abusive .eu domain name registrations at a significantly reduced cost.
Recent statistics show that in the second half of 2024, 38 new ADR cases were submitted, with over two-thirds of terminated cases resulting in a positive outcome for the complainant.
If you need to initiate an ADR procedure, you can do so via:
✅ Czech Arbitration Court
✅ WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center
For a full breakdown of fees, please visit the dedicated pages of both arbitration centers. More details on the .eu ADR process can be found under Domain name disputes page.
This extension reinforces our commitment to protecting rights holders and ensuring fair domain name practices.
