Discounted Alternative Dispute Resolution procedure remains in 2017

The discounted fee for the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure at the Czech Arbitration Court (CAC), the institution appointed to manage the Alternative Dispute Resolution process for .eu domain names, will remain in 2017.

About ADR

People can challenge a .eu or .ею registration if they believe they have a prior right to the domain name and the current holder has registered the name for speculative or abusive purposes. EURid offers the fast and convenient ADR procedure through the independent CAC specifically for this purpose. All cases are conducted online and by email in the 24 official EU languages. EURid appointed the CAC in 2005 as its ADR provider. In order to make ADR decisions, the CAC selects one or more panellists from its list of experienced accredited international experts.
